CurrentStrategy Create and implement the company’s vision, mission, and strategy. Work with CEO to set plans for short and long term goals. Setting strategic goals and making sure they are measurable and describable. Maintain awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industrydevelopments, etc. Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations. Build trust relations with key partners and act as a point of contact for important shareholders. Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.Operations & Marketing Develop and implement operational policies and strategic plans. Develop marketing plans. Lead and motivate subordinates to reach the highest performance. Report to CEO and keep him informed. Oversee day-to-day operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired resultsand are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.Finance Review financial reports to devise solutions or improvements. Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing. HR & team building Develop the company’s culture and maintain business ethics. Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale. Work closely with the human resource department to ensure healthy hiring process.
