• Led the set up of an Enterprise Architecture Practice to support the implementation of an Enterprise Architecture at Network Rail. Follow on activities included modeling the organisation structure and defining a skills / competency framework for the architecture team as well as all upstream and downstream architecture governance and assurance processes. • Created an Enterprise Architecture framework which defined a number of models, i.e. Performance, Influences, Direction, Action, Rules, Service, Process, Information, Timing, Organisation, Location, Safety, Materials, Consumables, Information / Data, Technology, Solutions & Security.
