While my recruitment experience dates back to 1997, since 2013 I fully concentrate on recruitment of professionals in the Intellectual Property Business: (trainee) Patent Attorneys, support staff (Paralegals/Formalities Officers, Patent Searchers), Trademark & Design Attorneys, Intellectual Property lawyers. I built up an intensive network among Dutch and Belgian candidates with this niche background whom I introduce to private practices and industries on a basis of confidentiality. It is publicly known that there is no other such IP specialized recruiter based in the Benelux.Assignors appreciate me for my upright consulting approach, understanding of their business, refusing to leave any stone unturned when it comes to finding the best talent available not only on, but also in the market, and not to forget my touch of humor.I appreciate a long term relationship in which expectations are clear, attitudes are open and successes are shared.Beside a career in recruitment, I built a track record in science, resulting in a.o. two PhD titles (one in cultural history, one in church history). To be short: I like to prove my relevance in the fields of content and understanding, also in recruitment.

The research I did in my leisure time in the years between 2000 and 2010 came out to be suitable for another dissertation. I worked hard in order to meet my target of having it done within a year and a half. The subject belongs to the fields of both book history and monastic history (15th till 18th centuries). The 660 page-thesis was successfully upheld at the Radboud University of Nijmegen (Faculty of Philosophy, Theology & Religious Studies) on November 9, 2012. A commercial edition of my book is available at Peeters Publishers in Leuven (B).
