► Leading a support team of 9 reps that supports over 200 customers who are utilizing our TMS. ► Provide training for all support staff and identify opportunities for support staff to grow and take on new responsibilities► Establish and maintain customer relations. Writing reports, diagnosing, and helping fix bugs in the software, helping with data setup, training on how best to utilize the system and new features► Worked with customers to understand their needs and identify any areas in which our product was lacking. Then would work with our programming team to design, test and implement new features that would driver customer success and engagement. ► Designed and helped implement a 3PL portal that helped close sales for multiple customers.

► Working on a multi-year project to transition all Cintas customer data from a homemade system to SAP► Created processes and workflows to cleanse and improve the quality of existing master data and to monitor and analyze the quality of the new data being entered into SAP► Mastered Microsoft Access and used it daily in the cleansing process of the data. Built several Access databases and forms that will be used in the master data quality process at Cintas for years to come► Created guidelines and rules for data entry to ensure that data going into SAP was clean ► Created scorecards that tracked the quality of data being entered by both teams in the field and the central data team► Helped several different teams and divisions at Cintas with their data quality assurance► Managed several interns that were hired to help with the master data cleansing Tools Used: Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, SAP (MDG and ECC)
