This included compiling a 5-year business plan and strategy document and presenting it to City financiers.• Assessed and implemented new billing platform. This gave the company greater control over its own customers, allowing it to bill for both fixed and mobile services.• Established mobile insurance scheme delivering an additional revenue stream.
