I help make the Technology organization make the right choices with implementations, security, vendors, service operations and business results.During the last few years my focus has been on large scale corporate initiatives, requiring extensive change management, negotiation, organizational and vendor skills, on top of the core skills as a Global Technology leader. Some highlights include:1. Infrastructure Optimization and Architecture. Worked to deliver modernization of the core processing platforms including a blueprint for the target catalog, expansion of cloud and container platforms and DevOps.2. Chief Technology Office. Built out Enterprise Architecture blueprints for the firm. Delivered Shared Services, including a dedicated API platform and enterprise authentication and authorization services.3. Cyber Security. Worked extensively with Regulators in the US and Europe, Clients and vendors.
