Responsible for all retail areas of Sales for all Vindis Brands (Audi, Volkswagen, Skoda, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles and Bentley) reporting to the Group Managing Director. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Group move from Sales Process to Sales Experience.Conceptualisation, commissioning of and implementation of bespoke solution to deliver help Sales Experience and ensure that all enquires are dealt with in the appropriate manner. The system works on iPad and functions include; appraisal function with photos, 'automatic' DOC that feeds from order forms, Group demonstrator booking visibility, Group database, 4square presentation and creation as well as functionality that allows managers to manage every enquiry live in order to maximise opportunity.Forming of and running of Group (HQ) new car and used car teams responsible for all used car purchasing and pricing, disposal, central dealer transfers, stock management, company car schemes, signing off all Group demonstrators, used car advertising and amongst other things, managing relationships with suppliers such as Manheim, Autotrader and CAP.Managing of Manufacturer relationships including monthly achievement of new and used car contractsWorking with Senior Management Team and Management of each centre to deliver all Group Budgets and Objectives

Used Car Analysis for 4 Audi dealerships providing data to the Audi Brand Director, Heads of Business and Sales Managers. This included stock profiling, identifying optimum stock levels to achieve high stock turn, maximise sales and minimise overage stock.
