Club Director East Ave Lacrosse, and a Coach for Team Illinois. I was responsible for running and maintaining the growth of several lacrosse programs for both the youth and high school levels. This role required me to wear many hats. I assisted in bringing our indoor training facility to life, as well as continuing to maintain cleanliness, and growth within the building. I also helping with marketing, both within the communites and on social media, many of our various programs. Most importantly, coaching lacrosse at a high level, all year round with consistency. Helped our company facilitate, film, and ensure the success of the showcases, invitationals, and tournaments we were responsible for running. Handled private lessons to help players within our program grow as lacrosse players, as well as quality, hard-working young men. Overall, this was a tremendous opportunity to learn about the business side of running a club, grow exponetially as a young profession under the tutelage of my boss, and help the company grow while working within one of passions in my life.
