Web Development Project Manager (CMS) Project Manager: responsible for action plans, web projects, promotional support, and web development. Daily work includes maintaining and supporting the department project management and ticketing tool, working with web and marketing teams to implement and maintain web pages from design mock ups to front-end web page builds. Other responsibilities include Tier 2 production support, serving as external customer contact point to resolve website related issues, and working as a customer advocate with internal resources to ensure any quality or user issues are resolved.

Supporting the global expansion of the Oracle Service Cloud platform. Focusing on providing a stable environment of upgrades, optimization, configuration, development and project management to grow Oracle Knowledge Base, incident management, etc to Danaher Water Quality operating companies. Helped facilitate the migration of Oracle Service Cloud to Salesforce Service Cloud.

General Work Includes: Corporate website building, user experience, front-end web development within the global Cascade Server Content Management System (CMS) and mobile site design and management.Major Projects Include: Bringing 30 countries sites in 20 different languages into one CMS and assisting in the implementation of an entirely new corporate webpage design, building global product specific sites for marketing and helping develop, design and manage our mobile site and apps. Delivered Results From Above Projects Have Included: Streamlined the content management to be faster/easier for both users/up-loaders; Assisted in the management of the global website by working with international staff; Created responsive web systems, as needed, for better user experience that provided better results; Updated and managed other Danaher Water Quality Group (parent company), websites and applications; Provided mock up and wire frame creation; Mentored and instructed new users on CMS and other web tools; collaborated with various HACH departments to improve websites and apps for customer and staff users; Assisted the design and build of the global corporate website responsive project. Briging out of date sites up to current standards, helping build internal sites to help improve work flow and technical support for other users using our CMS.Other Duties Have Included: Updating outdated secondary websites to current standards; assisting in the building of internal sites to improve work flow and technical support for various CMS users
