Coordination of the Exodus Foundation's data management and communications systems.Responsibilities and core achievements-Data consolidation and analysis of formative and summative student assessments within the Exodus Literacy program. This analysis ultimately led to successful ongoing government funding of program. -Rebuild and relaunch of the Exodus Foundation's website. This included moving to new domain, creation and testing of integrated payment gateways, as well as development of content.-Evaluation of system health of organisational information systems and databases. Responsible for the implementation of case management and health systems.

Literacy instructor delivering the MultiLit program to disadvantaged students in the Sydney region. Core responsibilities included delivery of MultiLit and MiniLit intensive programs, coordination of student pre-selection with local schools, and delivery of professional development workshops to teachers and volunteer tutors.

Literacy instructor responsible for implementing the MultiLit literacy program to assist low progress readers in far North Queensland.As part of this role, I was responsible for the establishment of the MultiLit program within Coen State School as part of the Cape York Institute's educational and social initiatives within North Queensland communities. This included the day-to-day delivery of the MultiLit program, cross-coordination of educational plans with classroom teachers, and community engagement.
