Temporary mission of leading a fast growing company of 80 people and a turnover of 20mio euros. Together with co-managing director Lieven Van Praet we managed to obtain great results for this growing company (nominated by Trends Gazellen). As Lieven was responsible for Sales, Marketing & Design I was in charge of managing the finance, purchase, logistic, warehouse and IT-departments. At the end of 2008 the group decided to work as one identity so the responsibilities in this function on the local hubs disappeared for us both.
