Our aim at TrailHaven is to create a world-standard wilderness trail institute,to transform people in nature through a variety of activities and initiatives.There is no standard yet for the development of wilderness trail facilitators: those who facilitate transformation in nature. We intend to set that standard in developing excellent wilderness trail facilitators and guides, and deliver outstanding wilderness trail experiences for individuals, teams and groups. We will build a global community of practitioners who actively learn and work together.  We bring people into nature to reconnect to self, to each other, and to nature. Nature is our teacher. Our activities immerse people into nature in such ways that the brain slows down, so people become focused, creative, intuitive, connected. We care deeply about our planet’s ecology and are committed to work in eco-friendly ways. Over time, our company will develop a portfolio of activities and initiatives. Initially we aim to develop and offer three products & services: Wilderness Trail Facilitation Training and Wilderness Trails for individual and corporate clients.

QuietBase is my vehicle for being a freelance executive team coach. In my work at QuietBase, I incorporate nature as a catalyst to raise consciousness in leaders.

At Aberkyn, it is our purpose to develop change leaders who improve performance and health in their organisations and become a force for good in the world.Aberkyn was co-founded with McKinsey & Company.Our services cover three inter-related areas: transforming leaders, aligning teams and changing cultures.

The FNL organizes wilderness leadership programs to enable leaders to reconnect with themselves and to make them aware of their responsibility in preserving the environment that sustains us. Responsibilities include being a trail facilitator, developing new trail locations, and overall FNL program development.

I support my clients in developing natural leaders. I coach individuals, support teams and design and implement leadership development trajectories for organizations as a whole. I believe in coaching rather than consulting, interventions rather than programs, intervision rather than training.

I've joined Boer & Croon as Partner in November, 2007; with my team, over the last years we have developed and enrichted two new Boer & Croon propositions: (1) Leadership Development and (2) New Ways of Working ("Het Nieuwe Werken"). My focus was on supporting my clients in further developing their leadership capabilities; I acted as program designer, trainer and coach.
