Het telefonisch benaderen van ondernemers in de mkb-branche alsmede particulieren omtrent de proposities in grond die op de nominatie staan om bouwgrond te worden. Dat vond plaats in twee of drie telefonische gesprekken waaronder ook het afsluitgesprek. In verband met de succesvolle verkoop heb ik meerdere malen ook het laatste gesprek bij de klant thuis.
