Dscoop (Digital Solutions Cooperative) is a community of over 20,000 HP Industrial digital press owners and their teams across more than 100 countries. We aim to connect and support the pioneering individuals and businesses that make up the print industry by giving them access to people and ideas that can transform their operations. We offer access to diverse resources, including in-person events (local, regional and global), news, education from peers and HP innovators, hands-on technical training, business growth ideas, and online tools on Dscoop.com. In addition, we aim to provide our members with the benefits, value, content and business connections they need to succeed.

Serving the global community I am responsible for Dscoop running in the most efficient and cost effective manner. With best in class tools and processes to enable the organisation to deliver optimum value to our members and partners. Responsibilities include finance and budgets (develop and implement new financial management, manage regional and global budgets), community development, platforms & technologies and Dscoop events across the globe including our main conference series 'Edge'.Since 2016 we built a new team of remote professionals, established new financial management systems and processes and developed a brand new community member offering called Dscoop One. We built and launched a new online community platform with mobile app. Our team has established it's own unique culture and collaborative attitude that proudly serves the largest graphic arts community in the world.

Dscoop (Digital Solutions Cooperative) is an independent global community of HP Graphic Arts users.Dscoop is all about community: interacting with peers, exchanging experiences, sharing and learning best practices. The annual conference is one of our our most important gatherings, where members can build partnerships, alliances and relationships that impact their business for years to come.Serving as director for Dscoop in Europe, the Middle East and Africa I am responsible for execution of strategies developed by the regional board of directors. My responsibilities include:- Execute the strategic direction as set by the Board and Executive Director- Act as an advocate of Dscoop, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate- Develop, maintain and drive revenue generating projects and initiatives- Manage a remote team of professionals and suppliers to deliver best-in-class community membership value both online and at in-person events- Develop and maintain a collaborative environment with regional stakeholders and global management- Develop and manage regional budgets in accordance with board strategy- Follow local market dynamics and develop plans and tools to address regional market needsThe Dscoop Open, held in Dublin 3-5 June 2015, hosted 1,200 attendees from 47 countries. The Solutions Showcase exhibition was the largest to date with 53 solution partners and had 96% attendee rating "Excellent or Good".The Dscoop Ideas Hub, held in Tel Aviv 5-8 April 2016, hosted 850 attendees from 50 countries. The Solutions Showcase aka Dscoop Wonderland at the HP Campus in Kiryat Gat featured 45 partners and 21 HP Indigo Digital Presses representing the first public presentation of HP's and Dscoop Partners drupa portfolio.

The design department had state of the art (at that time) Macintosh machines. The company also had an office in The Hague.
