Procurement category manager with productive history of 10+ years initiating and orchestrating complex sourcing and implementation projects. In most indirect categories I had to start (or re-start) from “scratch”, designing, debating, presenting and implementing category strategies and sourcing solutions.I have covered the entire spectrum of IT procurement. Something I am especially proud of in this period is the Google implementation. A 25M project, the biggest project Holcim has ever done in IT, where I prepared, developed and contracted the solution and acted as deputy project manager.
