The talent development programs we’ve designed and implemented have helped organizations to build a strong pipeline of high-potential talent. This includes conducting competency assessments, designing training programs that align with organizational goals and training high-potential individuals for leadership roles.As part of our global Skills-Based Organisation Team I have managed multiple implementation roadmaps, assessed tech and data solutions and restructured HR processes and skill frameworks. I have also conducted workforce planning exercises to identify future talent needs and ensure that organizations are equipped with the right individuals in the right positions at the right time. This includes developing strategies to address potential labor shortages or skills gaps, focus on succession planning and review sourcing strategies. Aligning this with coaching, performance management and rewards really enabled our clients to create a culture of excellence, engagement and motivation.
