Peter Venetis is an accomplished financial services executive with demonstrated lending, investing, C-level management and financial advisory experience. Prior to founding his current firm Frontier Investment Holdings, Mr. Venetis was the President of Carlton Capital Holdings, a strategic advisory and capital raising firm, Managing Director of PanAmerican Capital Partners, a corporate advisory and principal investing firm, a founding Partner of Praxis Capital Ventures, an investment firm in the telecom sectors, and CEO of Atlantic Bank, a New York-area commercial bank where he was hired to restructure the company and stabilize the bank's loan portfolio, a role he assumed after working as an investment banker at Salomon Brothers and Credit Suisse where he began his career.

We look forward to working with lenders such as hedge funds, banks, senior debt funds, mezzanine funds, and family offices seeking liquidity through a strategic sale of their credit securities and portfolios, as well as their private equity positions, in promising middle-market companies. We are also interested in working with individual middle-market companies that may benefit from the purchase of their existing lenders’ position by a long-term, focused credit investor.
