Working on disruptive solutions for different industries and cultures I learned the importance of involving different generations. My experience with family owned triple A listed, non-listed and top Private Equity owned companies in BtC and BtB made me conscious of the need to be efficient, manage people and operations with modesty, combined with my first decade professionaly in an american, check & control driven culture. My understanding of cultural differences and the impact on business could grow while working in an international environment at Mars, Heineken, SBS and Wegener. Working from different bases in UK, UAE, DACH, Scandinavia and Benelux empowered me to collaborate with multi cultural teams.
