I am a tech savvy professional with extensive experience in geospatial intelligence, project management, stakeholder engagement and remote piloted aircraft systems (RPAS), spanning functional roles in emergency management, agriculture, water resources, coastal processes, and pathology. I have worked in a range of places across this great land, from Hobart and Launceston in Tasmania, to Rockhampton and Townsville in Queensland, and Buronga, Narrabri and now based in the heart of Wollongong in New South Wales. I've been an active emergency service volunteer since July 2004, first with QLD, later NSW State Emergency Services. The SES has a role for almost everyone. The second aims to spatialise CRDC’s research catalogue allowing projects and reports to be searched and reported on using location information. Peter is also the GIS lead for the cotton industry’s CottonInfo extension team.
