I have worked in Business Banking and Financial Services for 30 years and recognise that Australian SME businesses are the backbone of our economy and important to the future success of Australia. I consider myself and my team to be a partner with our clients and am passionate about helping unlock the potential of their businesses.In my role I lead and manage a team of Business Bankers in the North West Sydney market that assist SME Businesses and families to accomplish their dreams and goals through building mutually beneficial relationships. I consider myself to be a connector of people and businesses aligning strategies to achieve common goals.Building a culture of passion, determination and energy throughout a diverse and dynamic team is my key strategic focus. Attitude, drive, determination, resilience and tenacity are the key attributes I look to develop and grow in my team and are a key driver of the customer experience we deliver. I am also passionate about being an active member of my local communities and believe in giving back, in particular through my volunteering and charity work.
