The Luxury Hospitality Academy provides 7-star interior, hospitality & leadership training for crew onboard super-yachts and high-end (river) cruise ships, and for staff at private residences, luxury villas, boutique hotels and resorts.Regardless of the sector, our specialist trainers transfer their knowledge, experience, expertise, inspiration, motivation and vision to participants so they can ultimately master The Art of Service.Our courses are offered both on site, and at our training facility near AmsterdamWe are proud to be accredited through Highfield and the GUEST Program (Guidelines for Unified Excellence Service Training), managed by IAMI [International Association of Maritime Institutions] and the Entrepreneurs Institute.

With Interior Yacht Services (IYS) we provide Luxury Hospitality interior training through the Warsash Superyacht Academy for interior and hospitality crew. , The training takes place on-board yachts, in the Netherlands at our facilities and at the Academy in Southampton.IYS - Interior Yacht Services, Warsash Superyacht Academy and the Professional Yachting Association [PYA} are setting the standard for interior training, providing the tools and recognized certification for career progression within the interior department.Our courses on-board are designed to fit the program of the yacht. Our IYS professional trainers travel in pairs and bring a wealth of experience ranging from running yachts from 50 meter to 170 meter to being an estate manager to some of the world's wealthiest business moguls. This combined with tending for many years to the worlds Royalty as a private butler gives us the ability to tailored our program to the needs of the owners, the yacht and it's crew.

Interior Yacht Services is a company born out of passion for the yachting industry. All of us working at IYS have had an amazing time working in the industry onboard some of the most incredible yachts ever build. Throughout the years we have found that there are many ways to assist captains and their crew to enhance the service they provide onboard yachts. The services that we offer are developed with the owner and guests in mind. We have experienced the challenges in real life and are aware that there is always room for improvement. Our tools implement structure for the interior operation onboard yachts, based on Standard Operating Procedures [SOPs] and a detailed training program. We assist yachts & projects in operation, during refit and whilst they are being build.
