Working one-on-one with pre GCSE students in Maths and Science. Monitored, assessed, and remediated student performance. Developed varied lesson plans to identify problem areas and motivate students to challenge their ability while providing resources for them to learn. Adapted course content and delivery style to meet their needs.

In this role I have utilised my investigating skills and methodical approach to reconcile account discrepancies. I find and research any discrepancies in the accounts and reconcile them in a timely manner. Despite working for the company for a short time I have developed and implemented with the team methods that have greatly sped up and increased the accuracy of many areas of accounting. I have also demonstrated an ability to learn new systems and processes very quickly and to operate independently when necessary.

Initially placed on the NHS 119 Certification line where I handled inbound queries and requests regarding the NHS Covid Passports as well as giving technical troubleshooting advice and guidance regarding the NHS App. My excellent work and telephone manner were noticed, and I was then given a role in Tier 2 Initial cases with NHS test and trace. This involved outbound calls to cases I gathered information from the case following strict GDPR regulation as well as further developing my “soft” skills such as building rapport and deescalating aggressive contacts. Working to prepare equipment and necessary materials for science labs. Maintaining the preparation room and science labs according to standard procedures and guidelines to ensure student safety. Communicating with teachers and other technicians to resolve any issues and guiding students in physics and chemistry practical work and use of laboratory equipment.

Tasking and actioning surgery documents making sure to work accurately and compliant with information governance. Manging the surgery’s patient database, performing searches and presenting patient data as needed. Answering phone calls with excellent telephone manner. Efficient multitasking to meet deadlines whilst effectively dealing with any issues. Keeping track of equipment and making sure it is ordered when necessary.

Working with NHS IT systems and patient records to accurately and efficiently summarise patient’s notes and letters to provide healthcare professionals with an easily accessible summary of patient’s medical history. I am also involved with reading, coding and workflowing documents, and communicating with patients and other healthcare organisations. This involves working with patient’s confidential records in accordance with Information Governance. I have completed the NHS e-learning course for this role including IG and safeguarding adults and children.
