Peter Walter is a Managing Director and Partner in our L.E.K. New York office. Prior to moving to New York, he was the Southeast Asia Regional Director for more than six years, based in our Bangkok office. Peter has more than 18 years of experience in management consulting in the United States, Latin America, Europe and Asia and has provided strategic advice to a wide range of clients on strategy development, mergers and acquisitions, performance improvement, and operational and organizational issues. In addition, he works extensively with corporate and investor clients providing strategic/commercial transaction-related advisory support. During his career with the firm, he has worked extensively across several industries, including agribusiness & food, industrials, business services and transportation & logistics. Prior to joining L.E.K., Peter worked with A.T. Kearney for nine years in North America and Southeast Asia. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in zoology from Duke University and completed his Master of Business Administration degree (summa cum laude) from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University.
