I am a litigation attorney and shareholder with the law firm of Haws-KM in St. Paul, Minnesota practicing in the areas of:* Asbestos litigation defense* Personal injury defense* Consumer contract law* Products liability* General civil litigation defense As a member of the Haws-KM Toxic Tort Department, I serve as local, regional and national coordinating counsel for clients involved in asbestos litigation in Minnesota, and throughout the country. I represent a number of manufacturers, premises owners, and contractors involved in asbestos litigation. I am involved and participate in all aspects of their case, such as initial assessment and investigation; discovery; motion practice; case assessment and strategy; alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and through the trial process. As a part of my litigation practice, I have been invited to speak before several industry and client groups about corporate witness deposition strategies, including topics relating to current litigation and trial advocacy trends.I am admitted to practice in Minnesota state and federal courts. I am also member of the Minnesota State and Ramsey County Bar associations, and the Defense Research Institute (DRI).
