Each project generated revenue of £1k to £3m and would run for 10-12 weeks. These projects had very short time lines and needed very precise planning and management. Added to this, frequent last minute changes from initiated by our customers required a restart of the work, with no change to the effective date and with severe penalties for missing the deliverables.
