  Current role involves that prior to planning consent being granted. I oversee and agree the Construction Management Plans (CMP) being submitted. Once planning consent is granted I oversee the project from initiation to closure. This includes the demolition, ground works, super-structure i.e. concrete frames and the gladding of the building. The final process is the fit-out. Such major projects take from 2 to 3 years to complete.I am qualified as a supervisor for new roads, street works and a clerk of works.- Currently spend around 80% of time out on sites, and 20% in the office/working from home- Current territory is North Westminster- Previous territory experience includes: Mayfair; Piccadilly; West-End- Advising on scaffold positioning to full site logistics and traffic management (and everything in between)- Use Ipad and smartphone on-site to input data and take photographic evidence when necessary- Use UNIFORM to upload site and client details regarding issuing temporary structure licenses- Key Liaison point between various stakeholders including residents' associations, TFL, London Buses, Metropolitan Police, Crown/Grosvenor Estates etc- Currently involved in code of construction practice initiative for larger sites (WCC programme)- Collaborating across the team and other departments (and externally) to ensure a well-thought out and joined-up approach to complex situations- Focuses on providing solutions to customers in an effective and swift manner- Specialist training includes: NRSWA and LANTRA- Flexibility to work unsociable hours on sites when required (including nights and weekends)
