Fully accountable for the design, development, and strategy of integrated recruitment/human resources strategies for the Dine Brands enterprise including full budget responsibility for talent acquisition and HRIS functions with total size of six team members.

Responsible for the design, development, and strategy of integrated recruitment and human resources strategies across all businesses of a global entertainment services company. Function as an HR expert in partnership with business leaders to implement key human resources initiatives, including compensation cycles, open enrollment, and performance management. Establish, manage, and report on key HR operating standards to business leaders and SVP, HR (i.e. on-boarding, overall talent management processes, HR metrics, etc.). Lead, mentor and inspire recruiting teams ranging from 6-10 full-time and contract members.
