Project manager on multiple initiatives, both systems and business process changes, including; a Supplier Portal module to allow suppliers to directly add product (M)SDS documents to 3E systems, and business process and systems changes covering obtaining and processing international MSDS documents for 3E's global clientele.Lead tester for all 3E Portal and operational applications. Led testing on major database integration project for two international business centers and database application upgrades. Responsible for testing integrations of 3E systems with those of companies acquired by 3E and for product delivery, for their customers, through the 3E Portal.Worked on review and implementation of a change management process aligned with Verisk SOX compliance policies. Responsible for maintaining alignment of all product development with this change management process. The number of “failed” rolls has been halved under this process.Currently implementing Selenium Server for automated testing of browser based applications.

Gathered business requirements for business process improvements for the Wholesale division’s workflow. Worked on the implementation of Del Mar Database “DocTrac” document management application for this division. Undertook stakeholder interviews and completed existing document handling process reviews.

Implemented a business process improvement project opening up sales of refinance products in New York State. Interviewed stakeholders and gathered process, system and legal requirements. The resurrected process added close to $2 MM a year to Option One’s bottom line.Project manager on Alt-A program. Completed the integration of a 3rd party AU engine into the existing broker portal and responsible for enhancing system functionality and usability of the portal features based on stakeholder requests.

Project manager on First American’s FASTWeb & Order Routing System (ORS) product ordering and delivery channels. Responsible for adding new products, services and integrating with the systems of new First American customers. These channels Web and XML based, respectively, serve First American’s clients base for ordering and retrieving First American real estate and financial products.Managed integration of FASTWeb and ORS systems with First American’s Web Services (FAWS) application, the next generation Java based product ordering platform

Completed 3 full SDLC projects, using the RUP SDLC framework, in the financial and healthcare verticals. Each project was a custom designed and developed application based on requirements gathered from the client by my project teams. Teams were comprised of up to 25 developers and other resources. Projects included:• completion of an upgrade of ditech.com website and integration with existing loan origination systems, moving from ASP to Vignette content management system. • launch of a custom retail e-commerce site for Apria Healthcare with an XML front end using Webshere and integrating with Apria’s legacy IBM systems. Site content was managed using Vignette.• developed a “Single-sign-on” application for GMAC Mortgage using an LDAP database, Weblogic, custom Webservices and Java apps.

Team leader/program manager for a 16 member team of scientists and engineers of diverse gender, educational and ethnic backgrounds. Managed the development and execution of three technical programs containing around 40 separate projects with a total annual budget of around $4.3 million. (Projects at Chevron used a proprietary program and project management process, CPDEP, developed in conjunction with the Project Management Institute, PMI.) Products and services in the team portfolio ranged from IT (software development and deployment, with associated research into algorithm fundamentals) to oil field consulting and international field trials. Served as Webmaster for my technical team and another international team of scientists and engineers. Responsibilities included developing and maintaining team Web pages with current technical output, technical reports, proprietary user manuals, and customer business reporting. Technology mentor for other teams setting up Intranet sites.Member of team that created world class low field Nuclear Magnetic Resonance research facility at Chevron to study rock and fluid interactions. Our work facilitated the interpretation of the results of reservoir exploration worldwide.
