With an entrepreneurial journey spanning four decades, I have steered my business from a mere vision of self-employment to a thriving enterprise at the forefront of affordable electronic thermometers and temperature probes.Leading a team of over 200 hardworking individuals, our operations are headquartered in Worthing across four cutting-edge factories. Central to our achievements is an exceptional management team, many of whom have been integral since the company’s inception. Their support and dedication have been instrumental to ETI’s success and current standing.Our commitment to excellence and innovation has not gone unnoticed, with accolades including a runner-up position in the "Best New Product" category at the 2009 SOFHT Awards for the Thermapen thermometer. In 2011, we clinched the prestigious Business of the Year title at the Adur & Worthing Business Awards, followed by another Business of the Year triumph at the Southern Business Awards in 2012. The pinnacle of recognition arrived in 2012 with the receipt of our first Queen's Award for Enterprise in International Trade. Our continued success was underscored by successive Business of the Year awards at the Adur & Worthing Business Awards in 2013 and 2018, the latter coinciding with our fourth Queen's Award for Enterprise. Significant marks of personal achievement materialised in 2015 when I was honoured with the IoD London & Southeast Director of the Year, a testament to my skills as a facilitator and entrepreneur. Shortly after, I was awarded an MBE in the Queen's Birthday Honours list.Beyond my role as Chairman of ETI Ltd, I also serve as the Managing Director of CLJ Holdings Ltd.
