Lead and managed the design and development of a two year MS Access ERP system that now successfully runs the company’s Canadian Hazardous Waste Division.Organized and conducted system requirements meetings with senior level management.Developed the system’s functional requirements, database schema, algorithms and documentation.Created numerous MS Access reporting and analytical tools including the Warehouse Inventory Monitoring System, Expired Sales Contract System, and Invalid Service Records System. Developed the FedEx Flight Performance Analysis application utilizing MS Access and Excel charting technology. The system is used by the FedEx Chief Engineer and was recommended to FedEx Headquarters in Memphis for corporate-wide use.Automated the weekly Excel Operations KPI Report fed by numerous FedEx Systems and distributed to the Executive Committee of FedEx Canada.Automated the daily Excel Metro Operations Performance report, distributed to Senior Management and Engineering teams.Developed PAT, a MS Access Application that fully automates FedEx holiday commit updates. Aimco24 is an ERP with numerous business modules such as: Orders / Lab Analytics / Invoicing / CRM / Analytics / Tracking. Integrated Shaw Communications GPS Technology with Aimco Solrec’s Information System and their fleet of trucks.Incorporated the Ministry of Environment’s HWIN Database into Aimco24.Designed and Developed Aimco’s Tank Level System.
