I am really lucky to be leading a talented team of lawyers in the Corporate, Commercial and Finance team at Simons Muirhead Burton. What engages me most as a lawyer is developing the trust and appreciation of my clients by helping them in an advisory role. In particular, this means understanding what they want and translating it into results. I really enjoy the challenge of negotiating the best deals for them, which will ultimately positively impacts them, their lives, their businesses and their futures.The more complex and creative the work, the more I enjoy it - and pride myself on finding neat solutions for complicated problems.I have a strong commitment to social justice and corporate social responsibility projects, and am actively involved in helping with a number of organisations and charities including working closely Creative Access ad Soundskool among others.
