My agency, DMCM, has won Smart Marketing Agency of the Year in Ireland (voted by a panel of Irish and international judges). I set up DMCM in 2003, having held senior positions with a number of Ireland’s leading agencies where I consistently won awards and built a reputation as one of Ireland’s foremost experts in direct marketing.In 2011 DMCM's own marketing campaign won more awards than any other at the national direct marketing awards. DMCM won Gold again in 2012. In 2013 DMCM was shortlisted for twice as many awards as the next most nominated agency and went on to win 16 awards on the night - again more than any other agency - making DMCM Ireland's most successful direct marketing agency in 2013. 2014 saw DMCM win a further 13 awards and started 2015 holding the coveted All-Ireland Marketing Award for direct marketing. Highly successful results-driven campaigns have continued to deliver awards for clients in Up to 2020 and more recently, when DMCM won the accolade of Ireland's Smart Marketing Agency of the Year!I hold an honours degree in Psychology and postgrad in Marketing from the Smurfit School of Business. I worked in direct marketing in Australia before returning to Ireland. After which I held senior positions in some of Ireland’s best agencies, working on numerous campaigns that won awards in Ireland and internationally.I have twice served on the board of the Irish Direct Marketing Association and founded the Young Direct Marketing Association.I take part in debates, lecture, have spoken at the National Marketing Conference and the IDMA Congress. I have also judged at Awards, spoken on marketing-related topics on local and national radio and I am a regular contributor of articles to trade press.Outside of work, I held a sold out art exhibition of my own work, have run a marathon and play harmonica.
