Started as a part time employee and was promoted to Head Cashier before leaving for Ottawa to attend Carleton University. Duties included answering the phone, monitoring inventory, checking customers out through the cash, balancing the cash at the end of the day, working the sales floor by helping to fit customers for sizes, etc.

Officiated kids hockey games all over the city of Toronto. At that time it was called the Metro Toronto Hockey League (MTHL).

General kitchen help. Moved up quickly from washing dishes to expediting customers meals for the wait staff.
