In my different lines of work, I have always tried to provide for people, passengers, customers and clients the support and the services that hopefully could give them an easy way to continue and a positive and enlightened memory. When I was flying – a good planning, a smooth start, trip and landing, when working in passenger ships - it gave me the opportunity to provide combinations of services that could put the little extra on the ordinary and by that enhance the impression of the trip. With my role in IT-support, I put priority in helping the people who work in our production-line, in all the different levels, both by solving problems and by trying to help people helping them self’s - by showing how-to instead of only doing-for. This because I believe in the supports way to show and teach when possible, to be helped to help when needed and thereby give myself the chance to continue learning and keep forwarding what I have learned to the next person and thereby keeping the change-escalator feeding itself to new and better levels.
