As a UBC MBA project, researched the organizational culture at MDA through interviews and dialogue with senior managers and executives at MDA to understand the organizational challenges at MDA.  Up to that time, the company was project orientated with practically no spin-off resale potential from projects.  This investigation culiminated in a report that addressed organizational challenges with recommendations both for academic review and for delivery to MDA.
