Peter is a Real Estate professional with over 20 years of experience.  His unique combination of skills and knowledge has enabled him to advise various clients, including developers and real estate investors with an holistic perspective on the Real Estate market.Over his 20 year career as an Architect and a Real Estate investment advisor, Peter has gained experience in a variety of sectors, including Office, Retail, Industrial as well as Residential projects. He has advised on over EUR 600m in transactions across a broad range of segments, from Core assets, right through to Value Add and Opportunistic investments.Peter is an Australian national with a variety of international experience, having started his professional career in Australia followed by the UK, prior to his arrival in Prague, where he has been permanently based and working since 2003.  His career experience has taken him all over Central Europe, giving him in-depth knowledge and understanding of these Real Estate markets.
