    EcoWorld London is a house builder/developer which was formed in 2018 when Ecoworld International purchased a 70% stake of a Willmott Dixon Housing Division. I have helped establish the systems, procedures and reporting whilst it untangled from Willmott Dixon and setup its own UK head office function. My role oversees the budgeting and funding requirements of the group, whilst continuing to evolve the reporting and efficient processes, through technological enhancements. In 2024 the role has reverted back to Willmott Dixon to help leverage some synergies.

Native (fomerly Go Native) was financially inept when I started and needed lots of rebuilding to create much needed financial information to drive the business forwards. Having re-engineered the function to create a platform for strategic growth, we were able to achieve some private equity investment to finance the next phase of growth. The business changed alot within a few years, moving away from focusing on corporate housing to targeting the BTR market and operating apartment blocks which can be used for both short term and long term requirements. The finance function and systems built kept pace with these changing requirements, along with providing a scalable solution for the future.

In the first year we achieved over three times the budgeted profit requirement and create a solid platform to move the business forward. After 9 months I was given an additional TUI business to handle, whilst Trek America was eventually spun off into a different division as part of group restructure.
