As an ENFP on the Myer's Briggs Personality Inventory, I am naturally interested in healing and integration at all levels of life.My core interests and exposures have been in the sense making space of Consciousness studies (Jungian), Mindfulness meditation practices, Grief and Trauma work, and Conflict Negotiation and Resolution.I am constantly developing systems to help people "breathe easier" and flourish in their lives.After thirty years as a Methodist minister, and ten years as a registered Pastoral Counsellor and Spiritual Companion, an OpEd Newspaper Columnist, and Peace Builder for the National Peace Accord during South Africa's transition to democracy, I have a unique skill set of Communication, Conflict Resolution, Motivational Leadership and Relational expertise that can help individuals and companies grow and develop.
