In de afgelopen 7 jaar heb ik als projectleider en coördinator buurtbemiddeling een aantal duizenden burenconflicten behandeld. Ik ondersteun buren in de praktijk met advies, coaching en met bemiddelingsgesprekken. Verder zorg ik ook dat er waar nodig efficiënt overleg plaatsvindt met andere professionals, waaronder politie, woningcorporaties, gementes en sociale teams.

De mediators van JullieMediation hebben een achtergrond in de advocatuur, het bedrijfsleven en bij de overheid en bestrijken een aantal gebieden, waar mediation effectief kan helpen. Je kunt hierbij bijvoorbeeld denken aan conflicten bij echtscheidingen, arbeidsrelaties en zakelijke conflicten.Bij een mediation begeleidt de mediator jullie gesprek. Vaak is dit al een belangrijke stap in het proces.Een mediationtraject zal afhankelijk van de omstandigheden bij ons gemiddeld drie à vijf sessies beslaan. Onze mediations worden gevoerd volgens de richtlijnen van de MfN.In het geval dat je een probleem wilt oplossen en de andere partij ontbreekt, dan bieden wij ook coaching aan om je verder te helpen.Als Oplossingsgerichte coach onderzoek ik in een kort traject samen met de cliënt wat zijn veranderbehoefte is en leg daarbij de focus op het vinden van oplossingen voor het probleem. Als coach ga ik uit van de positieve wil van de cliënt om het probleem aan te pakken. Deze methode is geschikt voor problemen op zowel het professionele als persoonlijke vlak.

AerCap is listed on the New York Stock Exchange (AER).As Head of Investor Relations Peter has been responsible for the financial communication of the company, which is aimed at professional investors (portfolio managers and buy-side analysts) and sell-side analysts (both equity and debt).He organized investor meetings, conference calls and other events throughout the year and took care of the daily contact with investors and analysts. He represented the company on roadshows (organized by the company itself or by investment banks), 1x1 meetings and at investor conferences.Over 80% of Aercap's investor base is in the United States.

As VP Investor Relations and subsequently Head of Investor Relations Peter was the primary contact for the buy and sell-side analysts and professional investors in both the US and Europe and responsible for managing their expectations.In the beginning of 2006 a consortium of private equity players announced its intention to take VNU private. In July 2006 the company was delisted.After delisting the Head of Investor Relations was responsible for managing the relationships with debt investors and credit analysts in both the US and Europe.

Peter was chairman at VBA Beleggingsprofessionals (www.nvba.nl) from 1999-2003 and involved in setting up the post doctorate program for Investment Professionals at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU/VBA program leading to a Master of Science (MSc) and accredited by EFFAS, the European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies (www.effas.net)).The VBA represents investment professionals working in the investment banking/management industry in the Netherlands.Before becoming chairman of the VBA in 1999 Peter was involved in various VBA committees from 1990 onwards. He was chairman of the Program Committee until 1999 and pro-actively involved in the organization of listed company presentations and/or visits.Currently Peter is chairman of the Commissie van Beroep (Appeal Committee) at VBA.

As managing director of ProBrokerage (a discount broker) Peter was responsible for the daily operations of the dealing room and communication with the main shareholder.At the end of 2002 the main shareholder closed down the operations.

As manager of the equity research department Peter built out the research team from 3 to 10 analysts, enabling NIB Capital to approach its professional clients with quality research on various Dutch and European industrial sectors.In view of the poor conditions on the equity markets the executive board of NIB Capital decided to end all equity related activities (sales and research) at the end of 2001.

As senior analyst at Amstgeld Peter covered various Dutch sectors and was responsible for the communication with the sales team and institutional clients.

As Head of Research Peter built up the research department of Delta Lloyd Bank to a team of four full time research analysts, who covered the Dutch equity market.In close co-operation with other brokerage firms in Belgium, France, Spain, Italy and Germany Delta Lloyd Bank was able to offer its institutional clients a professional international research product.
