Currently developing and expanding on Guestline's International partner programme as well as being responsible for direct sales of Guestline Ltd’s leading web based solutions to the international Hotel community. I worked as CEO for Booking Booster.com, a travel distribution switch, specialising in integrated online distribution, CRS and hospitality revenue management. My primary role was commercial director, but I also headed development and product innovation. Responsibility included; marketing, sales, brand management, product development and the leadership of associated teams in the UK and abroad. I set up a web agency focusing on building innovative web presence for hotels including booking engines and other business critical java applications.. One of the most successful brands and JAVA web applications was Booking Booster.com, the first ever web 2.0. Channel Manager. The IP of Booking Booster.com was bought by Athentics Ltd. The Web Agency was sold on to Peripatus Ltd in Brighton.

I was operations manager in charge of development for a web agency in Brighton. Headed the SussexWeb ltd re-branding in 2002 and re-launching it as Pionlabs Ltd in 2003, creating the umbrella for Pion-Learning, Pion Interactive and Pion Benchmarking. During my time with Pionlabs, the company was responsible for Web based applications for E-Learning, Mobile technology and other bespoke software for the hospitality and education industry.

I started a small hotel management business. We managed a small group of hotels in and around Nice on the French Riviera. The properties had a long history of being time-share properties. I implemented business development strategies, increased sales and transformed the hotels from being a time-share property to a modern apartment hotel.

Was working freelance in Finland, England and Canada for a consultancy company specialising in performance management, developing management processes and putting in place systems enabling business growth. These were highly specialised assignments that required a very good understanding of business flow and processes within hotel operations.

Developed a service group specialising in complete hotel housekeeping solutions. Involving all aspects of the housekeeping departments, including linen contracting and property maintenance. Over a 7 year period we built a broad hotel client portfolio in both Sweden and Denmark. The company was sold to Kølving and Tanning A/S in Copehagen in 1997. At the time one of Denmark leading companies in the industry. I was heading the hotel division during a brief transition period.

Was in charge of sales in the Copenhagen area, as well as acting supervisor for the teams working for Raddison and Sheraton Hotels. A job involving project management, team building and team training.
