I have spent my life dedicated to the question of truth and meaning in every facet of life. This has included graduate degree studies in philosophy and religion. Spending many years of meditation in monasteries. And leading mission-driven organizations and teams towards pragmatic, real results.I ran a modern monastery for seven years. My roles included being its longest running Executive Director, its spiritual guiding teacher, and introducing several new practices including Circling.I am a lover of learning and community. I taught myself how to build a cabin in the woods. I have created wholesome, coliving homes to preserve our group sanity. I lead relational practice workshops blending the worlds of spirituality and authentic relating.These days, I am often coaching people to reconnect to deeper meaning and purpose in this time of global crisis especially those who have exhausted the happiness formula of money, relationships, and health.
