Project Coordinator
Current- Work alongside Project Managers and Construction Managers to meet schedule deadlines and deliverables
- Assist and coordinate procurement of construction materials ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of purchase orders.
- Monitor progress, requisition change orders, and identify any potential risks.
- Maintain the flow of information, including correspondence, contract change orders, payment certificates, etc., to ensure accuracy, timeliness and liaison with engineers and owners as required.
- Maintain daily records and accounting for changes, extras, additional work, and the like.
- Coordinate, review, distribute, and track shop drawings, samples, and other project related submission requirements.
