Current• planning and conducting durability tests for automotive prototypes or products• constructing test stands for specialized tests• synthesizing data and writing test results in a clear, concise manner both in German and English• presenting test results to internal and external customers• collaborating with prototype production and development management• creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture• setting clear team goals• overseeing day-to-day operation, delegating tasks and setting deadlines• monitoring team performance and reporting on metrics• motivating team members• discovering training needs and provide coaching• listening to team members’ feedback and resolving any issues or conflicts• recognizing high performance and rewarding accomplishments• encouraging creativity and risk-taking
