- Spearheaded the design and development of the 1st edition of the Department of Transportation (DOT) National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Fatality Analysis System IEPD, and successfully published it through the NIEM Clearing House. - Served as a Project Manager and System Architect for the Library of Congress (LOC) on the Harvest, Remediation, and Generation processes by utilizing AWS Cloud Computing, created and consumed web services with Wiki, Bin, GeoNames, Yahoo GeoPlanet for remediation and verification of key metadata facets.- Architected detail enhancement suggestions and changes for the LOC on the specification for the metadata remediation process. - Led testing and QA for the remediated output and designed a web-based auto Visual-QA tool that provides a value-added service to the LOC with detailed quantitative analysis, statistical reports and drill down capabilities.- Facilitated the development of a Data Management application, which provided LOC staff with enhanced user experience for storing, searching and modification of the LOC collections by applying database centric architecture, and leading edge technologies such as “Elasticsearch” (a non SQL, non structured, real time data, distributed, multi-tenancy, documented oriented full text search).
