Its power equipment section, which makes diesel engines, agriculture tractors, and generator sets for both China and global market.With my experience in US industrial, I successfully help the transformation of the company from a local player to a global player. While at the same time, I gained understanding of the operation and cost structure of China manufacturers, as well as the local supplier chain, manufacturing capability, quality issues, and China local markets.In a word, I have the in-depth knowledge of both international best practices and the business environment in China.
