Completed fleet purchasing and contract negotiations for entire PepsiCo family of companies, including Frito-Lay, Pepsi Bottlers, Tropicana, and Quaker Oats in United States and Canada, with spending exceeding $500,000,000 per year and covering over 70,000 vehicles. Assumed additional role of director of indirect procurement for Frito-Lay in 2007, responsible for indirect purchasing at company and seven new direct reports, managing $400,000,000 more in spending.  Held responsibility for driving $40,000,000 in productivity in 2012 and 2013.  Recognized as Fleet Executive of the Year by Fleet Magazine in 2008. Led collaboration across PepsiCo divisions to combine indirect spending and leveraged economies of scale.

Engaged in fleet purchasing and operations management of sixth-largest private fleet in the nation, with capital budget of $75,000,000. Oversaw adherence to maintenance standards, national contracts, Department of Transportation regulatory compliance, and national leadership of fleet execution. Guided implementation of $4,000,000 computerized fleet maintenance system from 1998 to 2000. Led productivity improvement program, reducing fleet costs $3,700,000, or 10%, over prior year.  Awarded J.H. O’Neil Frito-Lay Minority Business Advocate of the Year in 1999.  Team received three chairman’s awards for innovation and productivity.
