Manages a team of qualified individuals responsible for nationwide business development activities, including contract development, proposal development, and complex quote configurations. My teams are responsible for managing all pre-sales activities within a framework of established corporate guidelines and principles. As a Services Support Specialist, I oversee nationwide business development activities, including contract and proposal development. I am responsible for managing all pre-sales activities within a framework of established corporate guidelines and principles. Coordinating the development of proposals, SOW's and RFP's entails assembling material provided by subject matter experts, and the editing of content for a cohesive “single voice”, while maintaining version control and document integrity, ensuring the creation of a quality customer facing Services solution.

As Purchasing Manager my responsibilities include the procurement of IT material for both internal and external use, while maintaining and developing vendor relationships. Additional duties include working directly with customers in a sales capacity, and supporting the Sales organization in the development of customer-facing documents.

As Channel Relationship Manager my responsibilities include developing and maintaining vendor relationships, and negotiating pricing and discount terms. I direct all corporate purchasing, overseeing the procurement of HP Business Technology Optimization software, consulting services, and hardware. Additional duties include supporting the Sales organization by prospecting leads, creating customer quotes, assisting in RFP responses, and resolving customer satisfaction issues.

As Purchasing Manager I oversee a team responsible for the procurement of enterprise solutions through multiple vendors, including HP, Sun, Cisco and IBM. Additional responsibilities include the development and maintenance of vendor relationships and negotiation of pricing and discount terms. I also work in a sales capacity and am responsible for the direct sale of hardware and software solutions for assigned accounts.
