After nearly a decade managing and installing green roofs, my commitment and love for the industry is driven by a passion for greener, more sustainable and environmentally just cities. I have a deep understanding of green roof and urban agriculture systems, and my extensive experience as an installer, advocate, guest speaker and project manager, has fostered a holistic approach to the industry from both a theoretical and practical perspective. With a background in design, commercial construction and the arts, my work has stretched from New England to Europe and back with projects and networks in diverse and varied industries. From research scientists to artists and authors, policy makers and management teams to designer and developers, my broad network and diverse interests lend themselves well to creative and interdisciplinary problem solving.
