    Responsible for leading our Purchasing, Warehouse, and Customer Support teams. During that time, I led the reduction of our parts costs and improved relationships with our vendors. This was accomplished by designing and implementing an online RFQ system. This system allowed our vendors to see our parts needs online and provide pricing and availability. The real-time data provided improved our parts quality and reduced costs. We also drove down our logistics costs by using the RFQ system to identify the geography of our vendors in relation to our need. We also used that data to create vendor scorecards and provided our vendors with regular feedback on their performance. Our warehouse maintained a 99.8% accuracy while housing over 100,000 individual parts. The warehouse was a 24/7 operation that consistently met ontime delivery over 99%. Our Customer Support team became a launch pad for talent within our organization as we hired inexperienced team members and developed them as they grew into other roles.
