I am the Canada Leader for Transportation Decarbonization/Green Fleets at Jacobs, where I lead a core team of professionals to deliver sustainable and innovative solutions for the zero-emission transportation sector. With a PhD in Sustainable Energy Engineering and over four years of experience in managing and implementing government programs related to fleet electrification, I have the technical expertise and strategic vision to help clients and stakeholders transition to a low-carbon future. In my previous role, I manage and lead the delivery of the $42.9 million Clean BC’s zero-emission transportation programs, including the economic recovery program and the Go Electric Fleets program. I also supervise industry-university collaborative research on fleet electrification barriers, trends, and opportunities, as well as the life cycle analysis of zero-emission vehicles. Additionally, I facilitate and engage with OEMs, SMEs, and partners on program implementation, procurement, and policy. I have proven public speaking, writing, and publication skills, as evidenced by my op-eds for Huffington Post and Policy Options, and my peer-reviewed articles in Nature, Energy, and other journals. I am passionate about advancing the green economy and reducing greenhouse gas emissions through cutting-edge technology and policy.
